Sheila and I are moving from Chicago, Illinois to Woburn, Massachusetts. It’s a pretty big move, especially for Sheila. Sheila will be a long way from her family and knowing just how close they all are, I think it’s going to be hard for her. Things are made a little better because she seems genuinely excited and happy to be moving where we’re moving - it’s simply gorgeous - so her happiness on that front should help quite a bit.

Horn Pond. This beautiful lake is about a thirty-second walk from our new home in Woburn, MA.

On the trackside of Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama sits the Vintage Motorsports Museum. This wonderful museum is a clear sign of one man’s addiction! It’s well worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
The panoramic above is of the (main) Lotus section of the museum.

This panoramic image of the City is intended to show you the enormity of the Cathedral and the commanding position the Castle had over the surrounding lands.
Please note that I have a 360° panoramic photo from the inside of Lincoln Castle, too. You can view it here. (Java required).
If you would like to go straight to the main photo gallery, please click here.
Otherwise, here’s a few photo I wanted to show off before you view the main gallery…

This 360° panoramic was taken in the grounds of Lincoln Castle. Lincoln is obviously the city Lincolnshire (the county I come from in England) is named after. Lincoln castle was originally a roman settlement and the castle has been built and modified over the last 1900 years. The oldest portions of the castle currently standing are thought to be around 900 years old. Photo was taken in May, 2008.

Will County Fairgrounds Demolition Derby
One of our friends ran in the Will County Fairgrounds Demolition Derby last night. She did really well, but unfortunately she got stuck on the logs at the track edge and even though she took hardly any damage - couldn’t continue. She would have easily won, but I guess she learned from it and will be back! She’s the red #11 in the photo gallery. As always, the gallery will be available in the post and the photo gallery page.

Here is a panoramic shot of Fenway Park, taken in 2006. The Boston Red Sox were playing the Texas Rangers. It was raining when this photo was taken and that’s why there’s the haze around the lights.

Above is a panoramic photo of the end of Long Beach Harbor. Long Beach is located in southern California, USA. This is where it costs real money to dock! Photo was taken in April, 2007.
