Q. Why do paragraphs of text highlight in yellow when I move my mouse over them?
A. This is a feature used in the reply system. Where comments are enabled you can click the highlighted paragraph and it’s text will be moved into the comment input box automatically.

Q. How do I display an avatar (image beside your name) on any comments I make?
A. You can do this by signing up with Gravatars and uploading an image - it’s free! You then come here and simply enter the email address used there for your posts here.
Q. How do I quickly quote a section of text from either the post or someone else’s comment?
A. Simply move your mouse over a paragraph, it will change color. If you click on it, the text will be copied down into the comment text input box and automatically placed between blockquote tags. You can click multiple paragraphs and they will all be placed in your comment.
Q. Why are some comments in a different color to the others?
A. Because those comments were made by the site owner and usually any comments made will be in response to the owner’s initial post.
Q. Why can’t I post a comment?
A. Either comments are turned off, or your browser doesn’t have Javascript enabled.

What format are the photos in?
All timwheatley.org » Photo Shop photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on “Newest Photos” to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by timwheatley.org » Photo Shop and it’s partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the timwheatley.org » Photo Shop photos that I download?
Yes. While timwheatley.org » Photo Shop offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I’m not activated, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription and you are not able to access photos timwheatley.org » Photo Shop using your details, send a support request.

Images are sold by their WIDTH, so a 400px portrait image is actually larger than a 400px landscape.

5.
