FAQ

Q. How do I display an avatar (image beside your name) on any comments I make?
A. You can do this by signing up with Gravatars and uploading an image – it’s free! You then come here and simply enter the email address used there for your posts here.

Q. Why are some comments in a different color to the others?
A. Because those comments were made by the site owner and usually any comments made will be in response to the owner’s initial post.

Q. Why can’t I post a comment?
A. Either comments are turned off, or your browser doesn’t have Javascript enabled.

Q. What format are the photos in?
A. All photos are in JPEG format.

Q. Do you add photos on a regular basis?
A. Yes. We add photos as they are taken.

Q. Can I submit photos to sell?
A. Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Tim or Sheila Wheatley.

Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis. Ask!

Q. Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos that I download?
A. Yes. Please see the EULA below. Limitations and versions are listed on each products page.
