This race at Pocono Raceway was my first NASCAR Sprint Cup race ever. This was the race in which Marcos Ambrose was running the iRacing.com (my employer) livery, and we were treated to an excellent view of the race from ontop of the Pit Box.
This is a huge gallery of 437 photos. The photo below is one of very many that I took of the iRacing.com car, which was set for a great run before Denny Hamlin (who went on to win) caused a chain reaction crash which took Ambrose to the garage.
A full gallery of unedited (as they were taken) photos can be seen here.

Hey Tim,
looks like we have three things in common: X3, cats and Nascar! Very nice pics indeed!
Must be nice to see the race from there. I don’t live in the US myself but I was lucky enough to see two races (Miami 2003, last Winston Cup race, Atlanta Labor Day 500, 2009).
Am working on a comprehensive map for X3TC, more about this soon.
Cheers and congrats on your great work
Emy
