This race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway was my second NASCAR Sprint Cup race of 2009. There were also Modifieds, NASCAR Camping World Trucks and Late Models – all these can be found in their own (linked) galleries. It was a good race between Stewart, Montoya and Busch while I was able to take photos, but Mark Martin went on to win.

The photo below gives you a clue as to how I take photos of fast moving objects like race cars. I will usually have the camera tilted so that the cars (which are long and thin) have more chance to be framed in the longest (diagonal) part of the frame. The only modification to this photo is cropping.
