Have noticed though Tim, that running two GT9800 cards in SLi that iRacing only sees 500MB when system reports over 1024MB due to two cards. I changed renderer.ini to reflect this with no detrement to FPS or anything else.

You're probably right on cause. But, I think more quality and code settings will become available if you update Windows Movie PLAYER. :) That will install the latest WMV codecs. When encoding too, be sure to select 'other choices' rather than best quality. Youtube will accept up to 1GB for a video! It's better to send them something huge usually. ;)

Failing that, you could buy Sony Vegas and you'll be able to do some great videos. Mine cost me just $33... But the best price I see now is $54. The side by side videos on the iRacingTV Youtube page are done with it, as are all my in-race videos lately.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-q5Izan7kAA

Think i know cause, im told to upload as 720p on windows movie maker instead of best quality.

But problem is i couldnt see that settings to use in movie maker, think i have an old version of it on windows xp. Copied file to my laptop and on movie maker there it allows me to save file as HD 720p?

Could this be reason why?, how can i get Movie Maker 2 for XP?

Would you happen to have a link to a video you've posted? I'll take a look at it and see if I can tell the cause.
