I can't see the word September or the number "11" for that matter, without the sight illiciting some kind of visceral reaction. Then again, November 22 still gives me pause and JFK's assassination occurred almost 44 years ago. I remember getting furious when that gelatinous tub of goo, Rosie O'Donnell was on"The View" implying that 9/11 was "an inside job". Conspiracy theorists are excitable people who prefer to live in denial. Facts confound them. They live in an Idiocracy. I enjoyed your post and even wrote about the day in my blog. As the events of the tragedy unfolded....and after about six hours of watching the world go crazy, I remember trying to take a Viktor Frankl approach to my view of the day. I desperately needed to see something--anything that could be construed as "hopeful and/or promising" amid all the death and destruction.
