This is brilliant, this person reminds me of me. ;)

Mr Vincent Ferrari decided he wanted to cancel his account, he had heard horror stories about it and decided to tape the conversation…

The really sad thing is that the man who worked for AOL got fired. I have worked in a call-centre and you just know that the guy was doing his job, he was pushing the customer and attempting to do just what his bosses will have told him to. The fact that AOL chose to dismiss the employee rather than deal with the issue itself seems quite similar to the way their support works also – there is never any direct action on the problem itself.

He even made it onto the news…
