This is probably one of the best goal compliation videos I have ever seen.
Here is the intro sequence from a game I used to play. Before this game was released, the intro sequence was released on a “coverdisk” on a magazine. This video is captured from the version I had, on the Commodore Amiga… Ahh, them were the days.
This woman is the reason I signed up to MySpace - so really it’s her fault that I have moved on so much with my life in the last year… Her new album is out now.
Well… Remember the journalist who was murdered, and the man who was poisoned?
Another Ex-Russian Prime Minister has been poisoned, read details here.
In addition, the British Police have found that the last person poisoned, was poisoned by radiation. That radiation was given to him in small doses, including on a public aircraft - a British Airways aircraft!
Do the Russian secret services really believe they can get away with this? My opinion on Russia has been changed quite radically over the last few months, I certainly don’t consider that nation a friend to mine.
Read more on the story here.
I can’t help but laugh, first of all they bring out a product which has such an amusing name, then they design it so that it breaks other things!
You have people injuring themselves while smashing their hands through light fittings, flinging their remotes through windows and an awful lot of complaints of broken straps…
Let me explain something: The controller straps and there, so that the controller is near your hand and you don’t have to hold it while not playing. It is not there, so that you can release your grip from the controller while moving your hand at high-speed - relying on the strap to save your ornaments or TV from being smashed.
There has been safety information up on the Nintendo Web site since before the Wii was released, saying that you need to retain grip of the controller itself… Well, duh! Most people’s digital cameras have a strap too, but if you were flinging your arms about, would you trust the strap? Point made, I feel.
Congratulations to my dad, who got a new job today - woohoo!
Here is the trailer I mentioned below… Take a look.
I do like my spacesims (or Elite-type games, as I call them). This one seems pretty exciting, the dynamic campaign’s should be similar to Wing Commander - and that’s no bad thing.
The first official trailer can be seen below, but newer videos are available on the Web sites linked above. I’ll check the game out myself and let you know what I think…
