An exact transcript of an email from their support staff: Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing difficulties with one of our IP ranges. This is 62.7.x.x Receiving this IP can presently result in slow / no throughput. At this moment I would certainly suggest disconnecting if allocated this IP range and re-connecting until another range is assigned. I can only apologise for this inconvenience and also ask for your assistance. With regards to difficulties sending and receiving emails, it has been noticed that if you are assigned a 62. 7. x. x IP address, you may experience delays from the SMTP server. We hope to have the issue resolved shortly. – - – They’ve been having ‘difficulties’ every day they’ve been in operation… Anyone know a good ISP in the UK? One that doesn’t **** on your cornflakes? If so please send me a pm in the forums, or post in the general chat in the forums, or even email me (use timwheatley.co.uk, as btinternet.com sometimes doesn’t work).
